Can I ask questions about your products?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, when you order over 75 USD.

Why can't I get my order through the checkout?

If a product in your cart is out of stock the order will not go through. Current stock status is visible on the product page, directly above the price.

Do I have to pay customs when I order from you since I live in the EU?

How long does it take before my package arrives?

All orders received before 1pm on working days are usually shipped the same day or the next working day.

How do I make a return?

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason - no problem. Just contact us and we'll solve it to your satisfaction.

How do I find products in the shop?

Choose from the top categories, click on a brand link or make a text search. You will get hits on product names and tags. You can also click on a tag to see all products related to that keyword.
